If you've got a DreamHost account, you probably need to change your passwords due to a security issue. Last night we detected some unauthorized activity within one of our databases. While we don’t have evidence that customer passwords were taken at this time, we’re forcing a change out of caution. People are reporting the web panel down so they can't change passwords, though.

File-sharing site Megaupload has been shut down by US officials, and some of the founders arrested in New Zealand. The US Justice Department said that Megaupload's two co-founders Kim Dotcom, formerly known as Kim Schmitz, and Mathias Ortmann were arrested in Auckland, New Zealand along with two other employees of the business at the request of US officials. You can buy the insurance any time within a year from purchase, and the policy lasts three years. So, burn your chip out from overclocking, and it's replaced free of charge. Discussion here.

From BlueRaven: Nils posted murderbox MkII on www.million-dollar-pc.com at the start of last December, but I missed it until now. So did other people it would appear, the thread has generated some interest. Simply stunning workmanship and the first use of chromed metal tubing that I've seen, along with all the usual detail the Charles Harwood, Nils Papke & Co are capable of. :-)
