Microsoft have unveiled their new Xbox, the Xbox One. The next-generation console was shown off alongside a new Kinect sensor and a redesigned gamepad. The US firm described the voice and gesture-controlled machine as an "all-in-one" system offering games, live TV, movies and music. More here, discussion here.
Sony have also announced the PlayStation 4, although the official release isn't until June. The end of the video promises more details about the new console on June 10 at 6 p.m. Pacific, the eve of this year's E3 gaming conference in Los Angeles.
