Also, looks like Telstra's has 'done it again' with another on-line usage meter bungle! "According to AustralianIT reports, Telstra has underestimated 60,000 customers' usage by up to 50%." and.. "Telstra is now advising customers to move up to more expensive plans to avoid excess download fees from their sudden increase in usage (even if their usage patterns remain the same)." !
