NASA are embracing 3D printing, producing rocket parts using the technology. NASA and Aerojet Rocketdyne of West Palm Beach, Fla., recently finished testing a rocket engine injector made through additive manufacturing, or 3-D printing. This space technology demonstration may lead to more efficient manufacturing of rocket engines, saving American companies time and money.
I don't normally link KickStarter things coz there's just so many of them, but ApeOfJungle pointed out this Aussie game in the works. A real-time, class-based strategy game, set in an open world cyberpunk city, from the creator of Syndicate Wars.
With Google Glass, you can now get hacked (almost) just by looking at something! We analyzed how to make QR codes based on configuration instructions and produced our own “malicious” QR codes. When photographed by an unsuspecting Glass user, the code forced Glass to connect silently to a “hostile” WiFi access point that we controlled.
