The Nexus 5 has made a rather quiet and brief appearance on Google Play for a cool $350. The device appears next to the Nexus 7 and Nexus 10 along with the caption "Capture the everyday and the epic in fresh new ways." Google lists the price as "starting at $349." However, when the link to the smartphone is clicked on -- the new page doesn't load.
Australia may soon be the first country in the world to see commercial courier deliveries by drone, as early as March next year. From March next year and pending regulatory approval, students will be able to order books from Zookal via an Android smartphone app and have one of six Flirtey drones deliver them to their door in Sydney. As the drone arrives, students will be able to track it in real-time on a Google map.
A couple in Tulsa, USA have been charged with starving their child due to their Second Life addiction caused the parents to even reschedule their childs doctors appointments around in-game events. When local police arrived at the house, Knapp reportedly asked them if they were there because their daughter died. They were found playing Second Life.
There is now a 3d printer app that allows you browse projects on the go. The free app allows users to browse the repository for featured, popular, new and recently made items. There's also the ability to like projects and add them to collections for closer inspection later.
Oracle has released a massive patch - over 127 security issues were fixed across all the company's products. Of these, 51 are fixes for Java SE, and all but one of those will allow remote exploitation of a computer without authentication. Oracle recommends the patch be applied as soon as possible, as many of the vulnerabilities cross product family lines, and its products are interdependent.

isoHunt, the popular file sharing platform, will be shutting down within the week due to their defeat in court. Isohunt, the decade-old and immensely popular BitTorrent search engine, will shut down within the week as part of an agreement with the MPAA. In a ruling posted by Wired, site founder Gary Fung and several film companies set the terms of a long-running copyright infringement suit, which Fung essentially lost in March.
