Sunday Night (0 Comments) (link)
 Sunday, 2-April-2000  23:33:05 (GMT +10) - by Agg

I've been playing pool and drinking vodka all evening, as is my habit of a Sunday, so excuse any typos etc..

The forums seem to be feeling a little better, I'll bring the Pub back tomorrow maybe, it will have 0 messages though. :( Something Bad happened in it, not sure what.

To the person who put the April Fool's joke about Intel suing 400 overclockers in the Pub forum - ok, you got me.. I went to the Register and hunted around for the article, which of course wasn't there.. [slaps forehead] .. :) All the other April Fools jokes I saw out there were pretty lame.

Not too much newsy stuff today. Overclockin.com have a thing up on the differences between version of the Ultra66 cards and the best way to hack each type. I still think the around-the-back method is pretty good, too. Don't forget our article including benchmarks is here.

Yet another look at the Detonator 5.13 drivers here. Seem to be pretty snappy and stable, too. It's like a free upgrade - more noticeable on GeForce than TNT, though.

Sorry if this offends anyone, but Michael pointed out this funny site that "Jesusifies" sites. Here's what this site looks like (you can check out more sites from there). Kinda like that swedish chef one, but with much more potential for offending people. Unless they're swedish people, I guess. If you're a swedish christian then I'm really sorry. :)

Yetanothernewhardwaresite here. Actually this one is OCDbase and "The Art of Overclocking" (?) merged into one, called TweakMax. And it's run by 2 swedish guys. No, really! :)

Tweaktown have a couple of articles up but their site is not responding for me.. hmm, try here for their guide to P3 Case removal and here for a look at the JustCooler FC-900, which they don't think much of..
