Interesting stuff happening in the memory world at the moment. Firstly, Intel seems to be prohibited from making DDR SDRAM chipsets, because of a 1997 agreement with RAMBUS, so they're allowing VIA to (despite trying to stop them in court earlier). VIA says they're going to make a DDR chipset for the P4 regardless of whether or not Intel lets them license the technology.

Intel have delayed Itanium.. more info here on CNet.

Ooh, AMD are aiming for 1GHz mobile chips Q1 next year.. thanks Term!
