G3D checked out an adapter which lets you put an 80mm fan on your Alpha PEP66.
The ArsMasters have a full Comdex Roundup posted.. some crazy stuff there.
Mike points out that buried in TomsHardware's Comdex coverage is a pic on a real live dual Athlon system.. fnarr fnarr!
Ben sent in something funny - Not _really_ a news item, cause I don't have pics to prove it, but today at around 1pm, all the monitors at Town Hall train station had a big windows DHCP error sign on them (the one saying that the machine can't renew their lease). It was funny watching the CityRail staff standing around looking a bit confused. _ALL_ the monitors had the error spread across two screens. :)
Alchemy points out that there are new versions of WinAmp and PowerStrip available..
Andrew sends word that some new top-level domain suffixes have been approved.. looks like all the dumb ones got approved so far. :) Hopefully more soon.
ExHardware springs onto the scene with their Evil Kyro Review.. apparently they are a reborn HardwareExtreme. Okey dokey.
LinuxWorld.com.au have an article on the upcoming Linux Kernel 2.4 release - something to look forward to for sure! TheRegister have an interview with Linus all about it too.
