Realtime sent some Corsair blurb today, normally I don't link to vendors on the front page but this caught my eye as newsworthy, they have a 256MB CAS2 PC150 stick listed in this pdf file. I don't think I've seen any other manufacturers rating their RAM to CAS2 @ 150MHz..? No pricing as yet, but keep an eye on Realtime's page.
