Not everyone is shooting for the bleeding edge, or even anywhere near it, when it comes to PC's. Ooroo notes that some people would be happy to get a PC at all, even if it barely resembles what we're used to.. a cheap PC for the masses, a volkscomputer.
GameSpyUK report that the GeForce3 is in Europe..
Redback advises that Electronic Frontiers Australia have a lot of info about the Internet Censorship Bill in South Australia. Scary stuff.
NO_DAEMON pointed out this Australian pocket PC, the Microtop - not your average palmtop though, this can run Win98/2K, Linux etc.. and can take "any socket370 P3 processor at 100MHz bus speed"!

AcidHardware have reviewed a copper spacer. Go the dodgy graph which makes a 1C difference in temperature look huge. They go one futher with a graph showing a massive 0.5C difference in their silver paste comparo.
