Yep, you read it correctly. Get your download managers at the ready at prepare for an overloaded local backbone sometime within the next 24hrs. 3D Mark 2001 is ready to go, just waiting for an exact time from the Mad Onion Gamers HQ now.. This is going to be a big release on the hardware/overclocking scene I reckon.. hope it follows in the footsteps of its older brother (sister ?) and turns out to be a reliable peice of benchmarking software.. and, of course.. eye candy. It'd really suck to be on Telstra Broadband right now and not be able to download anything :)

UPDATE: Mad Onion say that it'll start rolling into the FTP servers between 10AM and 12PM Today (Wednesday, Queensland Time, +1hr for you NSW people). Keep an eye on the 3D Mark 2001 Confidential page to be the first to know..
