Oooh, I'm gonna ache tomorrow. Very windy day out on the track today, spent much of the time fighting crosswinds etc. Still, fun was had. Once again I thought the X-Files was pretty lame today. Interesting story but Dogget and Scully make me want to hit things.

About every couple of months or so, we see an article about some new whizzo technology that can make computers a gazillion times faster than anything we've seen before, and then we hear nothing more about it. Usually they contain references to (a) chipmakers hitting a "wall" soon in terms of die size and (b) Moore's law. Well, here's another one. Hurrah. Maybe I've been doing this too long. :)

VIAHW have info about a bios fix greatly improving the until now woeful performance of KT266-based motherboards.

Silly/funny thing on Techmocracy about PCChimps motherboards being recalled..
