Win98 users who have had DLL problems using the Quantispeed Calculator should download this DLL file which is now linked from an update on the QS Calc page. Put the file in your C:\windows\System folder and it should fix your problem..
Update: A couple of things: firstly Sabretooth suggested a way to register the DLL in case just downloading it didn't fix it. Also, mpot has made a completely web-based version which is now set up on the page. As long as you're online you can use it, so you probably don't need to bother downloading the windows program.
