Well, as this post shows, I *am* alive still. I know it's been a while since I did a news post here, but I don't think I've lost the necessary skills.
*cracks knuckles*
OK, down to the news.
It appears Intel have been busy of late - they've recently announced new heatsink and power supply designs, designed for upcoming, more powerful systems (which will produce more heat). Thanks to Jason for the heads-up.
Milne_Doggy wrote in to let us know that if you've had problems with Windows XP and an ADSL Internet connection, this page may help.
Zed wrote in about this - a CDMA mobile phone with a 640x480 colour LCD screen. Looks interesting, but also, to me (and Zed) at least, a little unwieldy...
Lots of people sent in links to this rather cool case. It seems that it's a one-off at the moment, but may actually go into production - more info on that page.
The Overclockers Intelligence Agency (OCIA) have had a look at a rather funky anodised and laser-etched Lian-Li PC-61 case. Of course, if they'd put it into the OCAU PC Database, you wouldn't have to go look at it over there! :)
3DSpotLight have made some major updates to their OS Updates page.
Wokket's been at it again, sending us links to an unofficial Darwin awards kind of thing, and a flatulence filter.
