Boky, a mate of mine who also rides a bike, has been having problems with the regulator/rectifier on his Honda VFR800 overheating and causing electrical problems on his bike. He dropped around for a bit of OCAU-style trickery.. in the form of a Y.S.Tech 60mm fan cable-tied to it to get some decent airflow happening over the heatsink on it. A couple of long rides later it's still running, under the fairing, powered off the tail-light circuit and keeping the reg/rect nice and cool..

Now I just have to teach him to carry his PC on his bike too. :)
