Probably because your email address is wrong in UserCP. See this thread for info. I've been getting a heap of bounced emails lately (especially from ex-Dingoblue users) so I've moved a lot of people into the "waiting for email confirmation" group. Again, see here for how to re-enable your ability to post and reply in the forums.
