APCMag have an article about how to rent movies from iTunes in Australia. I also notice the printed March 2008 issue of APC has, on the cover, "Sex in Second Life - A step-by-step guide on how to get lucky!" So if the news page is quiet this weekend you'll know where I'll be.

The Dilbert comic is running a series based on the true story of a guy who got fired for posting a Dilbert comic in his workplace. The casino's human resources director, Steve Morley, testified that "upper management" was offended by the cartoon. "Basically, he was accusing the decision-makers of being drunken lemurs," Morley testified.

Apparently there's going to be a Warner Brothers remake of Akira.. starring Leo DiCaprio. A.. Ki.. Raaaaaa! We're excited about the films, if just for the opportunity to see live-action reworkings of the original motorcycles and chase scenes. Here's a PC modded.. into a toilet. Not a bathroom PC, the actual toilet. What happens when a normal person finds a toilet along a street? Most probably he wouldn't even notice it and for sure he wouldn't pick it up...and bring it home...BUT that's what insane Apple addicted nerdz would do.

A few people pointed out this mind-control gaming headset. A NEUROHEADSET that allows the wearer to play videogames simply by thinking has been unveiled at the Game Developers Conference in San Francisco and will go on sale later this year. More info here.

TechwareLabs ponder what's wrong with Media Centre PCs and why they're not more widespread. Microsoft wasn't the first to introduce the concept of the Media Center PC. In fact it was the average user that was responsible for the inception and creation of the Media Center PC.

AirQ spotted a Lego-based MMO game, but it won't be out for a couple of years. Still, sounds like a cool concept, building up your own virtual world from lego blocks. :) That is, the game will be just the latest part of the huge ecosystem. Practically, Hansen said, this means that players--or their parents--will be able to order actual, physical, sets of their creations.
