Whirlpool is reporting that Blitz Telecom, purchaser of G-Node and Koala Telecom, is in financial trouble and was placed in administration earlier this month. Despite the trouble, Omer attempted to further reassure users, saying that the "Administrator has confirmed that services will not be interrupted during this period." But this didn’t stop Blitz customers losing their broadband connections earlier this week. Blitz reports that some customers should now have their broadband connections back, albeit with some potential slowness. There are issues with some customers in Victoria though, said Omer. It has been a busy week for graphics cards releases and technology announcements, and it is about it get busier. AMD lifted the NDA date for its Radeon HD 4850 graphics card almost a week early, catching many people off guard. While AMD was moving dates and times around, Nvidia felt threatened by the cards performance and value, so they decided to announce a new revision of the 9800GTX called the 9800GTX+ (Plus).
