Episode two of tkArena's 'how to build a Blu-ray HTPC' is now available for viewing. In this episode of the Blu-ray HTPC building guide, they guide you through the choice of hardware including the case, operating system, RAM, HDD, processor, motherboard, optical drive and the all important video card.

Pro-Clockers have a few photos of Gigabyte's first overclocking competition. Ten of the U.S. best benchers were invited to attent. Members of the press were also invited to the gathering. eBay has been ordered to pay 40 million euros to several companies for failing to prevent sales of fake handbags, clothes and other luxury goods on its site. eBay, the world's biggest online auctioneer, was ordered to pay 19.28 million euros to LVMH and 17.3 million euros to its sister company Christian Dior Couture for damage to their brand images and causing moral harm. It must also pay 3.25 million euros to four perfume brands - Christian Dior, Kenzo, Givenchy and Guerlain - for sales in violation of its authorised network.

A Dutch police unit called Team High Tech Crime have caught the 20 year old hacker that had gained access to a third-party site which Valve uses to manage the commercial partners in its Cyber Cafe program. In addition to the Valve caper, MaddoxX is being charged with hacking his way into an Activision server and subsequently downloading an unfinished version of Enemy Territory: Quake Wars. MaddoxX also stole 50,000 credit card numbers from an English ticketing website, according to the ITExaminer.

The first teaser trailer for Crysis Warhead is available at Shacknews. Featuring a story which runs parallel to the events of the original Crysis, the title is said to employ a more free-roaming approach to gameplay than its somewhat linear predecessor.
