Upgraded my GF's machine today.. amazing the difference a new HDD makes. 40GB 7200rpm for $150 or so, I can't believe how cheap they are these days. It replaces a 1.2GB Conner drive that I bought in ~1996 for $690..

Anthrox sends word that the trailer and other info for Star Trek X: Nemesis (the new Star Trek movie!) are available now.

AusTNN have some streaming radio stuff with a gaming bent, apparently their last Char show (follow the link under "Wednesday's Char online") had some info about Casemodding including their "Top 10 Case Mods" and "Why Casemodding is Bad". Seems to stream ok over a modem so if you've got Winamp mebbe give 'em a listen. Pretty juvenile in places, but funny too. :) Someone needs to educate them about watercooling, tho!
