Australia's first Qantas A380 touched down recently, and Sciby found a picture slideshow of the interior etc. Qantas expects to take delivery of three A380 by the end of this year, another eight by the end of 2009 and all 20 it has on order by the end of 2013.

The Australian Telecommunications Users Group have blasted Nokia for a recent warranty policy change, thanks mpot. Nokia Australia spokeswoman Louise Ingram defended the manufacturer's decision to offer consumers the choice of an extended warranty and said it complemented Nokia's commitment to customer care. "Nokia has always offered a 12-month warranty for its handsets, as is required by law," Ms Ingram said.
