Here we go again....It seems that Nvidia is accusing ATI of cheating. "IT SEEMS NVIDIA will do anything to detract attention from its own problems right now, and the firm seems to have decided that instead of putting its energy into its own products, it would rather slam ATI instead. Earlier in the week an Nvidia spinner approached us with allegations that ATI were involved in a “major, major cheat” and that Nvidia could prove it.".

Yesterday it was G.Skill who released their arsenal of DDR3 memory for the X58 platform. Today sees Kingston unleash their line up of HyperX triple channel DDR3 memory. "Kingston Technology Company, Inc., the independent world leader in memory products, today announced it is first to ship 2GHz memory in triple-channel configuration".

And not to be out done, Crucial joins the party with their new Crucial Ballistix Tracer DDR3-1333 PC3-10600 2Gb Kit. "Crucial finally releases their Ballistix Tracer DDR3 memory. These 2Gb kits are rated to run at 1333Mhz and features flashing LEDs. Now all you enthusiasts can show off your extreme rigs to the max!".

Senior technology analyst at DFC Intelligence, Wanda Meloni says that Sony is likely to lose money on the PlayStation 3 under current world economic climate. "Sony is likely to lose a huge amount of money on the PlayStation 3 even when game sales and licensing payouts are factored in". No surprise then why Sony will not be offering a price cut on the PlayStation 3 this Christmas. "Sony has again confirmed that it will not be offering a price cut on the PlayStation 3 this Christmas as it is still trying to maximise profits and is concerned that a price cut is not in the interest of its share holders".

Over the past week or so we have read and heard allot about the Rudd Government wanting to implement mandatory filtering of the internet by ISP's in order to deliver on his election-winning pitch which promised families far-reaching measures to block prohibited content. It now appears that this idea has hit a major hurdle. "A headline-grabbing election promise to crack down on internet nasties looks to be in trouble as Senate opposition grows".
