Just quick reminder for anyone keen on participating in this year's Chimp Challenge. The start date is Tuesday, May 5th at 12pm, Pacific Daylight Time. That equates to 5AM Wed 6th AEST. It finishes when the last team crosses the line. You can find the full details and discussion here.
So what is 'Chimp Challenge' you say? It started a few years ago between 2 sub-teams from overclockers.com and Maximum PC Magazine that both happened to have monkey names. Last year we were invited to join in along with [H]ardocp. The teams each raced under the one monkey themed name to a predetermined point’s finish line. The first to it is the winner and gets the lucky jaded monkey which legend says brings with it wealth and fame! But it's not over then. The remaining teams fight it out for the minor placing trying to avoid being last and the cursed dreaded monkey’s paw that comes with it.
