I'm a little late posting this, but NVIDIA displayed their GT300 architecture at their recent GPU Tech Conference. Coverage on PC Perspective (and hereTech Report, LegitReviews, HWZone (and here and here), HotHardware and OCClub. A couple of sites here and here) reported on the demo board being a mockup.
