From Sabot68: I thought this would be of help to anybody plagued with refresh rateitis. Its called RefreshForce and unlike many fixes for this problem is does not matter which version drivers you are using, or if you upgrade to the next beta version, you will not have to run it again, one time fix. No more 60hz for me! It can be found here.
