VBB 3.6.4 Upgrade Issues

We recently upgraded OCAU's Forums to VBB 3.6.4 from 3.0.13. This is a major upgrade. Currently we're aware of the following issues needing to be fixed:

• No read receipt button
• Double post time

Fixed items: (for future reference)

• "View Your Posts" link missing from top-right
• For Sale forum sort order
• Banner missing

Issues specific to sabretooth's OCAU theme:

• Top banner/ad/logo section broken
• some ugly buttons
• some layout/border issues

Fixed items in sabretooth's theme: (for future reference)

• Missing "Go to post" button
• Missing multiquote buttons
