The last few weeks have been taken up with work. However, there will be more time for model ship building in the weeks to come. Still to go is the leather hinge for the front lid, finishing the mounting for the ship and fashioning an exhaust for the front and back engines. The first job in line though will be a matt undercoat for the ship's inside and outside, to get a better feel for how it looks. Somewhere in amongst all this is building the internal structure to house the computers. I bought some 3 ply on the weekend to help accomplish this.
