I'm back too (from a LAN marathon). (0 Comments) (link)

That's about 4 solid days with not a lot of sleep. Didn't get to the Kensington LAN though because of problems with my car's brakes. These news items are a bit old because I didn't get a chance to check my email until tonight, so apologies if this is all old news.

"Skull" tells me that the competition at www.overclockin.com isn't open to anyone outside contintental USA. Sorry for posting it here without that info guys, but I didn't read that much into it at the time.

Who wants a GeForce2? I do. In fact, I want one so much it's the only reason I haven't already bought a GeForce(1). There's some info at Actumicro about the GeForce2 here. Thanks Ian.

Water cooling your laptop? Seems a bit counter-productive to me to lug around a 2 litre jug of water and a radiator with you when you take your laptop out on the road :) But Toshiba have done it, with a lot less water than you'd expect (well ok, less than *I'd* expect). Read about it here. Thanks Fysh.

Apparently we got a mention in last Wednesday's Green Guide in Melbourne's "The Age" newspaper. I don't think they had many nice things to say about us, because Julian (who sent me the information) told me that he doesn't agree with the article, and that "publicity never hurt anyone" :) Hmm, I never really felt infamous until now (well, not with regards to the website anyway :)

Just noticed a new bios for the K7M on Asus' site. The most ambiguous update I think I've ever seen, "Latest April updates" is all it says. Get it here.
