ABIT announced Silent OTES. Seems like quite a neat idea, using a heatpipe to carry northbridge heat to the outside of the case. The result, a totally silent platform offering excellent cooling efficiency while utilizing the existing CPU fan, ultimately providing enhanced performance, stability and a quieter experience for the end user. As an access point and router, it allows business travellers to plug in to an ethernet internet point in a hotel and share the connection across their hotel room or adjacent rooms wirelessly.
