NASA are scheduled to launch their New Horizons mission tonight our time. NASA's New Horizons spacecraft will be the first spacecraft to visit Pluto and its moon Charon. No spacecraft has ever visited the planet, and not even the Hubble Space Telescope can spot details on its rocky, icy surface. Even travelling at record speed, it won't reach its destination until 2015. Links to NASA TV and other details are on the website.
