Quite a few people sent in this ion cooling setup for a silent PC. More info here. By combining the ion cooling, lots of heat sinks and ram drives, the machine is truly silent. Ion buildup isn't just a problem for space ships anymore.

From Wayne: I thought you might want to put this on the news page. A new TV show premiered on ABC 2 on Tuesday night. It is called "Good Game" and is an Australian show which focusus on gaming and computer hardware stuff. I believe this is the first of its kind on Australian TV. Thread here. Their site is here and it's on ABC 2 on Tuesdays 8:00 - 8:30pm. Shame I can't get ABC2 here, bah.
