We've been contacted by City University in Hong Kong who are doing a study into online communities etc.. sounds interesting. Anyway, I said I'd post it on OCAU for people to complete if they feel like it, and we'll apparently get a copy of the results once they're consolidated, which we may be able to use to get a feel for what people want from the forums etc.
