| To get to this screen: 1. Start with your PS3 off and in standby (red light). 2. Press and hold the power button until the system turns off again (you\'ll hear two separate beeps). 3. Let go of the power button and press and hold it again until you hear a beep and then a double-beep. As soon as you hear the double-beep, let go of the power button. 4. Connect your controller via a USB cable and hit the PS button. 5. Choose Option 3 to restore device drivers to the system. This option ONLY restores system files and will NOT corrupt/erase your existing game, theme and save files on the HDD despite a message advising you that the HDD is corrupt - that\'s just the software that reinstalls in a real corruption situation being invoked. 6. After restoration, the system will reboot automatically. Test your BD drive to see if it now works. | ||
