| Plug-pack /wall wart commodore 64 PSU. The capacitors are to help filter out any switchmode PSU noise. Probably not necessary but easy to add a 100nf ceramic and a small (47uf) low ESR electrolytic. Some plug packs might hate the capacitance but I have had no trouble yet. However, the electrolytic should present a short if the 5v DC has reversed polarity which hopefully will take out the fuse instead of the PSU or the C64. | ||
