| Use penknife to peel/lift up the original antenna tape and scrap off some glue and coating to expose copper trace on the tape. Then cut a 1cm x 4mm double-sided tape. Next cut a 8cm insulated copper wire from any tiny motor coils. Strip off about 3mm insulation from one tip. Lay the other tip of wire onto d-sided tape in loop formation, leaving the strip tip outside the tape. Next paste the d-sided tape over the plastic that is below the original antenna tape: wire in between tape and plastic. Then loop strip tip on top of the d-sided tape. Put back the original antenna tape, ensure that exposed copper traces is directly over the strip tip of wire. Note that d-sided tape provides sealing of the original antenna tape to the plastic. | ||
