wilchelus	Problem: Dead Blu-ray Laser Date: July 2009 Cost: $170 mobile technician (free and available to Sydney Metro only) Repairer: Beetronix Turnaround time: 20 mins Comments/Opinion: Great. The repairer arrived within the time they advised and replaced the dead laser within 20mins. Left the dead laser too, and provided a 3 month warranty on the replacement laser. (standard by Beetronix).

They came to my home and repaired the dead laser on the spot. 3 month warranty on the laser as standard by Beetronix.
Wink	Problem: YLOD Date: August 2009 Cost: $170 + $15 Postage to repairer Repairer: Beetronix Turnaround time: 1 week Comments/Opinion: For updates, try to speak to Mel from Beetronix rather than one of the repairer guys, as she's actually at the Beetronix office.
daehenoc	Problem: Unit powers on, then immediately powers off with a flashing red light and three beeps Date: March 2010 Cost: $160 + $21 Postage to repairer Repairer: Beetronix Turnaround time: 1 week Comments/Opinion: Sent via Registered Post to Beetronix on the 24th March.
