[edit] PIC Micro, numero uno!
A Beginner's Journal of PIC Micro-Controllers.
In July 2006, I've started looking at learning about PLC's, Microcontrollers, and MicroProcessors. As seen in this thread[[1]], I was looking for the easiest of the things to learn, for someone who has NO experience with PIC's whatsoever!
3/8/2006: Ordered Some Sample PIC Chip's off the microchip website.
24/8/2006: I have got samples, plus a nice JDM Style programmer. JDM seems to be one of the simplest forms of PIC programmers around. It doesn't seem to work with my laptop, so you will need a desktop pc for it to get the RIGHT rs232 voltages.
