It's like the movies. Ever laughed at those movie computers, which boot up instantly?

So did I until I used a Mac !!!

Seriously, one thing I love about them is the instant (well nearly) on.

The sleep mode is just that good, press the power button on an imac and click on sleep. The HardDisk shuts down, the Monitor shuts down the machine goes into a deep sleep standby mode.

When you next want to use the machine, press the power button....and a few seconds later, everything is how you left it. Fantastic :)
