Here's some video channels with useful lessons etc:

JustinGuitar - LOTS of lessons on technique and specific songs

Stefan Grossman's Guitar Workshop - Great teaching videos on fingerstyle blues, folk, etc.

StevieSnacks - blues guitar lessons with a focus on SRV's playing

BerkleeMusic - videos from the Berklee Music College, not just guitar, but lots of guitar info

There's also lots of backing tracks on YouTube which can be very useful. Search for "slow blues backing track E" for example and jam along!
