We may all be switching to DDR4 soon, courtesy of Samsung. Samsung said on Thursday that early market availability of the 4-gigabit (Gb) DDR4 devices, which use 20-nanometer process technology, will create demand for 16GB and 32GB memory modules.

Later this year. China will be going to land a rover on the moon. This will be the first time the Chinese have landed a spacecraft on a non-terrestrial surface and the Chang'e-3 will be a crucial test of both Chinese aeronautics and rocketry control systems.

Looks like we will be able to surf the net using just our brain soon, via what looks like a 'Thinking Cap'. Two human brains have been connected via the internet in an experiment which researchers compared to a Vulcan ''mind meld'' from Star Trek.

Someone recently made a female Star Wars trooper out of computer parts, check it out here. Kind of reminds me of the thread on the forums here.

Finally, yet another Google Maps funny - except this time it's a plane in the sky giving a piggyback ride.
