Lots of people have sent in this petition to the Liberal Party regarding their plans for the National Broadband Network. This petition is designed to highlight Australia’s desire for a superior ‘Fibre to the Home’ (FTTH) broadband solution, rather than the Coalition’s proposed ‘Fibre to the Node’ (FTTN) solution. It's had lots of signatures already, but if you agree with the idea, you should add yours.

Sony have a new PS Vita TV which looks interesting. It will allow you to enjoy video and network streaming services on your TV, such as Hulu, DMM.com, Tsutaya TV, and NicoNico Douga. Of course, you can also access the PlayStation Store. Outfitted with a PS Vita card slot, it also allows PS Vita TV owners to play Vita games on, well, their TV. They don’t even need a Vita — just Vita games, this PS Vita TV hardware, and a DualShock 3. Oh, and a TV!

ASUS have a live demo site of their ADM 2.0 NAS software. The ADM 2.0 live demo will allow users to experience ASUSTOR's intuitive software first hand before making any purchasing decisions. ADM 2.0 features an array of new and innovative features along with all-new mobile apps, AiMaster and AiData, which will allow users to truly experience the convenience of cloud computing while on the go.

Activision are lobbying in Washington about a study into the impact of violent video games on children. The bill, S.134: The Violent Content Research Act of 2013, was introduced in January by Sen. Jay Rockefeller (D-W.Va). It calls for the National Academy of Sciences to examine whether there is a link between exposure to violent video games and aggressive behavior in children.
