AMD's Barton Core Athlon XP 3000+ CPU Released

The waiting is almost over. AMD's new CPU, the Barton core, has been released with a PR rating of 3000+, and a true speed of 2,167MHz. After several delays and refinements, then more delays, those of you with a few spare dollars will be able to rush out and buy one in the near future. Was it worth the wait? Can the Barton hold its own next to the P4 3.06 GHz? The first batch of reviews are finally in and from what I have read, there have been mixed reactions. Here they are.
