Here's an interesting idea from Ibkikn. There's no description, but it seems that the radiator in this watercooled system has been replaced by a large reservoir on top of the case. This is cooled by a peltier with a large passive heatsink to get rid of the resulting heat. This removes the fan noise from having a radiator and would be one step closer to a totally silent PC.
