A bit'o'news this morning.
The Game Developers Conference was on in the US recently. Thresh has some info from ATI there, about their Rage6 (they have silicon). ExtremeHW have a quite a lot of hardware info from there, interesting read..
There's a cool water-cooled rig on TheTechZone this morning. He managed to resist the urge to put wet-tshirt pics of Kim in, damnit.
This is a pretty neat hardware hack, turning a USD$99.00 "internet appliance" into a real(ish) PC which can load Linux, BeOS or Win98. Details here. Also, by designing a logo for that site you can win crappy prizes!
There's a comparison of 2 water-cooling radiators here, including the Senfu twin-fan jobbie. I've got the Senfu gear here, had it for a couple of months, but have been waiting for their new pump to get here as the current one is too weak.
Some stuff on VIA, their corporate philosophy, if you like, on ZDNet.
What's that in your cereal box? Might be a PC game. It's not in Oz yet, but apparently in the US people are finding PC games in their cereal boxes..
Hehe, a peltier for your head..
