Yay, Australia's in the news again, for being backwards when it comes to IT policy. Any pollies reading, you know that the rest of the world probably thinks of us as poor little rednecks, living in the past, fearin' the almighty God and all that.
AMD's promised price drop has come into affect, two Australian companies reflecting these price changes are Umart, and Aus PC Market. Thanks to Sleepless for the heads up. (Try counting sheep, works for me.)

It seems that the "world leading" audio company, Sensura, is now going to be producing hardware for the Sony Playstation 2. Exciting shtuff.
Digit-Life, those crazy guys, have done some benchmarking on the GeForce 3 with Vulpine GLMark...
... and if you want a GeForce 3, you can preorder them here. Only $1095, for the 64mb model with TVout. What was that noise? Oh, that was my wallet having a stroke.
If you've every had a bit of a delay with an order that you've placed, and you're getting narky (Like I am with a certain Dreamcast VGA adapter order. Vendor, you know who you are. >:| ), spare a thought for the poor sods, walk in their shoes. Hmmm... nah, screw that, where the hell is my adapter??!?
