Griff put some pics of his PC into the PC Database recently. Check out the sexy blowholes:

Hmm, makes my effort look pretty shabby. I asked Griff how he made them:
Used a hole cutter to cut the hole a bees dick smaller than the grill. Flattened the grill mounting legs so the whole thing is flat, then pressed the grill in from behind, it kinda clicks in, then a couple of drops of super glue to make sure it stays there.
The cutter is the drill type with a horizontal beam with an adjustable lathe tool to cut the hole, perfectly round.
