I emailed Abit about the possibility of there being an Abit version of the Asus A7A266. Here is their reply:
"At the moment it is unlikely that any of our up and comming DDR boards will also be able to run SDR Ram. Because we here at ABIT strive to develop the best motherboards possible, we believe that such an approach might cause unnesseccary complications thus compromising the performance of our boards.
