This from Richard: Watercooling isn't just for o'clockers...just seen a brochure for the new Toshiba Tecra 9000. 1066 MHz, and "WATER COOLING SYSTEM - nested pipes contain an extremely high vacuum that uses water evaporative cooling to suck heat away from the CPU". Nothing about this on the Tosh web site, the brochure has a cutaway clearly showing a water block attached to the m/b. I scanned it for you:
