Bit of a stir going on at the moment regarding an amazing newspaper offer made by a new player on the Telco market, thanks Ryan. There's some introductory info here and here on Whirlpool, as well as discussion here, here and here in our own forums. Certainly seems too good to be true, but there's pretty strong arguments on both sides. If you get it installed, let me know. :)

OCMelbourne have a guide to unlocking Thunderbird CPU's.. these are the older socketA CPUs, not the newer Palomino-cored AthlonXP and Durons.. most people unlocked their Tbirds using a normal pencil.

Some GF4 goodness: VisionTek GeForce4 Ti4600 video card reviewed on HardOCP. HotHardware have been overclocking a GeForce4 Ti4600, as you would, while Digit-Life compared a few more GF4 MX440 video cards. TheTechZone and VR-Zone focus on the Abit Siluro GF4 MX 440 and eVGA GF4 MX 440 respectively.

I have to confess, I spent way too much time playing Lycos Fight Club yesterday.
