A little old, but Netscape has released a new browser ..... more details here. Also to note in the article is that Microsoft now has a 96 percent control of the market up from 87 perent last year. I guess its better late than never on netscapes part :)

Tom's Hardware Guide has an insteresting look (3 Part Guide) at storage solutions with IDE and RAID with a bit of history to boot, more on that here, Worth a look if your a novice or just interested in RAID performance coupled with IDE Hard drives.

Extreme Overclocking have a first look at PC3500 DDR 433 RAM, which looks quite promising, you can take a look by going here.

According to Digitimes Intel is reportedly planning to send out samples of its new-generation, Springdale-core chipsets to motherboard clients this month for product design purposes.

Also on Tomshardware and a little late on the uptake (by me) is a column article by Tom himself on the whole Nvidia vs ATI and AMD vs SYSmark issue. More can be found here. Well worth a read IMHO.

Silcon.com have a TOP 10 of Hoax virus warnings and spam scams which can be found over @ there website. I also remember reading an article recently that accounted spam as 36 percent of all e-mail traffic, makes you wonder sometimes....

It also looks like the 333Mhz FSB for the Athlon will be announced "officially" on October 7th. More info here. Makes you wonder why they are waiting for so long......
